Before heading out of the office for the Thanksgiving holiday, the Happy Cog team joined together for our annual team potluck. Our Manhattan office was adorned with more than 30 dishes brought in and prepared by members of our team.
Dishes ranged from the classic turkey, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie, to Asha’s Bajan macaroni pie, Gary’s noodle kugel, Isaac’s vegetarian stuffing, and Flor’s moro de guandules con coco. Among the fan favorites were Sabrina’s homemade applesauce, Meredith’s bourbon pumpkin cheesecake, Ray’s apple pie, and Julia’s coffee whip.
